RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Warranty Information

Quality & Craftsmanship are our highest priority.

Our policies are built to reflect the very nature of our products, that being both supportive, plus stress-free! We value your business and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every SwingsAndChairs.com product purchase.

We guarantee our products to be free of defect in material and construction for up to 2 full years from the date of purchase.

If an item is found to be defective within that time, SwingsAndChairs.com will gladly repair, replace, or send the appropriate replacement parts at no cost to you. Please note that normal wear & tear, fading, damage from improper use, storage, installation, or maintenance is not covered under this warranty.


STRESS-FREE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you aren’t happy, that makes two of us! 

Our 30-day stress-free return + exchange policy dates from the day you receive your order.

For orders in the USA, return shipping is included. If you're not 100% satisfied with your new hanging chair, hammock or accessory for any reason, please contact us at info@swingsandchairs.com and we will issue a pre-paid return-shipping label. To expedite your return or exchange, please retain proof-of-purchase in the form of a receipt or packing slip when contacting us.

Please note that all returned items will be thoroughly inspected to determine that they are in unused, resalable condition. If upon inspection the items are deemed in unsalable condition or have been used or altered in any way, your credit or exchange will be subject to approval. Please note, we will not cover return shipping for exchanges resulting in a desire to exchange color, in this circumstance, you will be required to cover return shipping to us. We would provide you with shipping address information to ship it back to us. We will however cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. 


Domestic Returns Process:

Trying to make a return or exchange can often be a frustrating experience — which is why we try to make the process as smooth as possible.

Please contact our customer service dept. team to initiate a return via email at: info@swingsandchairs.com

In the email, please provide your order number, date of purchase, and any other relevant info, along with the reason you are returning to us. 

Once your return request has been received and approved, we will email you an RMA # along with a prepaid return shipping label (this cost is covered by us and will not be deducted from your return or exchange).

Simply print the pre-paid label, attach it to the package you will be returning, and drop it off with the specified mailing carrier.

Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment you used to place your order.

All requests for returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of receiving your order.


Domestic Exchange Process:

Please contact our customer service dept. team to initiate an exchange via email: info@swingsandchairs.com

In your email, please share your order number, date of purchase, and any other relevant info and the reason you are returning to us, as well as the product you have selected in exchange.

Once your exchange request has been received and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (this cost is covered by us and will not be deducted your return or exchange).

Simply print the pre-paid label, attach it to the package you will be returning, and drop it off with the specified mailing carrier.

If there is a difference in price, we will e-mail you an invoice or credit your original method of payment.

All requests for returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of receiving your hammock.


International Returns/Exchanges:

To initiate an international return, please email us at info@swingsandchair.com to get an RMA number.

In your email, please share your order number, date of purchase, and any other relevant info and the reason you are returning to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide pre-paid return labels for international orders at this time.

However, if you choose to exchange your hammock, we will gladly cover all outbound shipping costs for your new hammock.


Purchases through other Retailers

 

If you purchased a SwingsAndChairs.com product through an authorized retailer, please direct any return or exchange questions to that location/company. Each store has a specified return policy, and it will be handled accordingly depending on their process. Only products purchased directly on our site can be returned directly to us.
